Usually I slow down and don't do any drifting to do it, just to play it safe. Not the best way, but it's good enough until I learn. No risky shenanigans online. I mean, it's still faster than driving around, even if slower than the fast method and goofy looking💀💀 Also, sometimes I need to be the item grabber ngl. If I'm in first and I have nothing, the item after the boost panel won't cut it. It'll be a useless coin. So when I know it's too risky to have no defense, I gotta go for it🫠
