Nemesis at Alton Towers and Project Exodus at Thorpe Park will both open after a huge construction period in 2024, both are viewed to be some of the best coasters in the UK, but which will be better?? Will Alton Towers pull it out the bag and make Nemesis even better than before or will the TALLEST UK Rollercoaster wipe the floor with it? Drayton manor owners gave up years ago…past few years they’ve removed 2 of 4 rides that’s worth going there for no more apocalypse and no more gforce so all they got left is the standup coaster & stormforce 10…lame asf unless your 5yrs old

For The Swarm vs Mandrill Mayhem I think the Swarm. It's way more exciting and when you go from the lift to the first drop it's so fun. And The Swarm has inversions, billboards and the theming, in my opinion, is quite excellent. Mandrill Mayhem, on the other hand, has no such inversions or billboards to create a headchopper theme. Edit: Dan, you are correct with your choice, The Swarm and I would say you indeed did win the whole debate once and for all. Thank you for this entertaining video and thanks :D

Although, Mandrill Mayhem probably has looser vests. The ones on The Swarm crush my torso. And B&M has supposedly improved their vest design since then.

I don't like the new Nemesis track decoration. Previously, it looked like a big long twisted spine (that was the point), now it has a cheap fairground look what with the overdecoration of the red veins on the black track. What would Wardley say?

The sinewy red veins on black background...looks like something that might be painted on a ghost train at the fairground in the local park. It's the shape and scale of Nemesis that gives it its feel, not it's detailing. Nemesis's themeing was ITSELF - the track was the whirling and whipping spine of some tentacly monster. The white track looked like bones, not a lack of imagination (imho :) ). @@iliketrains3546

Thorpe park is an amusement park with cheap rollercoasters that are bare bones. Alton Towers is a theme park that provides a total rider experience and has iconic rides. there is no comparison
