I have used the tower Xiao Lin in challenge + dive and she performe well too, not better than the sniper rearm version but it still good.

Can't Rearm Xiao Lin because not enough resources and still low level. But I'm so ready for my Esterosa 110 Rearm!!!

Going for Kestrel Xiao too. However I'll just take my sweet time completing her Rearm since I have plenty of dps units for pve. Resources needed too are not a joke

Definitely plan to get both Xiao's. Used a recruit ticket to get a second one and I luckily didn't trash my cdr exclusive gear for her I got for completing her counter case. I planned to get tower first, but you bring up a good point about how quick our meta changes. Now I'm not sure which I want.

Which is more worth? Use ssr dupe for limit break or use for getting unit data?

For limit break you have a choice of using fusion cores, unit data you can only use for skills. I would say save any dupes for limit data to get the skills up to level 10.
