And calling the cops on sim as well. And probably taking them to prison for some time depending on if it's the first time sim got caught or 2nd, 3rd etc. With the option to pay some penalty

For mischief skill 0-4 you'll be able to swipe items that are less than 300 simoleons (books, wall art, trophies, collectibles, clocks, lamps, various clutter decor, etc.) For mischief level 5-7, you can start swiping items between 300-1,999 simoleons (chairs, tablets, various electronics, higher value paintings, etc.) From mischief level 8+, you can really get going on your crime-spree and begin swiping items worth 2,000 and up simoleons (PC's, instruments, TV's, gaming consoles, couches, etc.) I took this from a sims forum

Whenever you get caught stealing, since it gives you an embarrassed mood buff- you can use things like “pep talk in mirror” that will help the time go by faster and the mood buff expires quicker so you can steal again :)

A trimester means 3 semesters in 1 year. Some rigorous degree programs do trimesters (3months of classes with a month break in between) for each year. Since university in the Sims only takes 3 semesters if you do 4 subjects, its like a trimester anyway.

Theres a challenge i made for myself that id like to see you play. Pretty much all it is is you cant buy things in build and buy. You can also get things through job rewards. To start with you have to mooch of other sims while trying to steal from them. Oh and by the way, no dumpster diving.

It IS possible to sell ANYTHING from your inventory! There's an exploit where you just need to turn multiselect on and suddenly it's possible lol

“Teh” used to be common internet slang, it was especially used by people who used/read/interacted with rage comics. So at one point that word was used amongst forums like 4chan and such, where a lot of trolls roamed. Pre-2014. So it’s most likely an Easter egg reference. Maybe I’m talking out my ass, but my friends used internet language like that when we were tweens.
