Ice cream cake with strawberry with 3 ingredients / Homemade vanilla ice cream

~ condensed milk 90 g
~ vanilla

STRAWBERRY LAYER:
~ strawberries without stems 260 g

VANILLA ICE CREAM
Whip the cream to soft peaks. Add condensed milk in a stream and continue whisking until smooth.
Place in the freezer. After 40 minutes, remove and beat again. Place in a mold, cover with cling film and place in the freezer for at least 5 hours.
Before serving, remove the ice cream 30 minutes in advance, cut into portions or use a special ice cream scoop to make balls.

Whip the cream to soft peaks. Add condensed milk in a stream and continue whisking until smooth.
Here the shape is trapezoidal, so we divide the mass into parts: 100 g, 120 g, 140 g. If the shape is rectangular, then divide the mass into exactly 3 parts of 120 g each. Place one part of the mass in the mold, level it, put it in the freezer for 40-50 min.
Place the rest of the mixture in the refrigerator.
STRAWBERRY LAYER
Puree the strawberries in a blender until smooth. Strain through a sieve. It turned out 220 g of mass, divide into parts: 100 g, 120 g or in half 110 g.
Place one part in the mold on the frozen layer. Place in the freezer for 1 hour. Place the remaining strawberry mixture in the refrigerator.
Next, place a creamy layer, strawberry and cream, on each frozen layer. Place in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
Before serving, remove the ice cream cake. Remove from the mold, after 30-40 minutes cut into portions and serve. Wait until the strawberry layer is no longer frozen, it needs a little more time. And then you will enjoy this incredible dessert 😍
