I have been building my own bikes mostly shovels and knuckleheads for about 20 yrs and when for example I am on my old WL framed bike with a shovel motor and Panhead era front drum brakes and a car tire on the rear dudes constantly comment on how I can't ride X distance because its a rigid or other bullshit. Then I look at their Road King with half the dealership parts wall thrown on it and they MAY have tightened their mirror once, don't do any of their own work but because they ride a bit on weekends suddenly they are bikers. Fuck em people don't get the engineering challenge that for example, goes in to taking parts from 3 generations HDs and making it work. All they know is their buddies bagger looks like theirs and they all ride in HOGs and all wear the pirate gear with their spotless bikes because they don't ride. They don't get it is in part inclusion and putting out challenges with a build. Fuckin whiny assed RUBs
