you can actually use pika ult without going into storm you have to have geppo though and you just geppo once and use your pika ult just after and it will still raise you up a little bit but you can do that to any goros, meras, venoms, etc during their ult and its basically an instant kill because if you use 497 in fruit (pikas stat cap on ult light kick and light ray) you do 2k damage with your ult if you hit every shot
