Nice scene but the snow is one dimensional. The house lights too bright. Make at least 3 layers for the snow. Big flakes in front and so on.... Big flakes move faster than the ones in the background.

We are only appreciated by our families , they realize how hard I work so that they eat and have clothes ! When I go home there’s work to be done there as well ! For you it’s probably cocktails at the bar then you go home to your warm condo !
