If you have seen the detergent compartment, there is one small section in right, which was locked, that is for softener & comfort. But in India Whirlpool locks this. Because they have not design program cycle for fabric conditioner, but for countries like US they have opened this in all top load machine. I am telling you this because I am a design engineer & I have worked on machine like this one for US region.
