Very nice mam and thank you so much . I too have same problem for water level. I too get confused and dont know what to do. Demo person dont say properly bcz they want us to call them again and charge which cost 350 . First drmo is free but sceond and third obviously they will charge na . I too have whirlpool White majic 1-2-3 65h 6.5 kg 6th sense I am very happy with this ,but as you say some times after drying surf granuals will be on the clothes specially on coloured clothes. When we buy new machine, while demonstrating, why the company's person does not tell these important informations.either he doesn't know ? or he is lazy to tell.? Fully automatic washing machine mein balti se paani nahi daal na chahiye..... Waise aap ek tarika try kar sakte h water level ko "auto" par na rakhe....low medium high mein se kuch select kar le according to cloths quantity . For ex medium level select kar le aur ek andaaz se jaha tak medium level hota h...waha tak aap balti mug k help se paani fill kar iss se sayed aapka kaam ban jaye
