I had my fridge replaced after 1.5 years of complaining. my first model was very different, good in looks, different from as shown in this video, it had additional orchard-fresh tray and divider too but it stopped working after a few months. After relentless complaining from my side, they replaced it yesterday with new model which has a 3-star rating as compared to earlier 4 star and low-quality parts (glass trays and ice trays) and not so good looking colour as compared to my earlier model but I have yet to see if it functions properly for a month. The 5 modes given are just for fooling around I guess, the main convertible function is absent (freezer into fridge). There is no lock option given anywhere and the inbuilt stabilizer is good for nothing as 160V is still not a low voltage (many areas experience as low voltages as 90V) so we have to buy a separate stabilizer. Though I am thankful to whirlpool for the replacement but I won't recommend this brand to any customer.

The fridge in demo is 2019 model. In 2020, as per government rules, ratings are reduced by 1 star for all fridges. The power consumption remains same. Just rating label change

Don't buy this fridge because cooling is stopped working within 2 month. I straggled lot within a year whirlpool technician repaired 6 times yet they didn't identify a real problem. After 1 year we fight with whirlpool team for replacement than agree to replace.

Their is some stupid fella - head of Pinnacle Services - who doesn't even know how to talk to a customer. and above all... when you call the customer helpline - they are totally blank and can't even check the history of the customer. I so wish I could sue them...I raised a complaint on March 29th and till date there is no solution. Oh yes, they took an extra amount of 3000 rupees for replacement but didn't replace the product. The refrigerator was so poor in quality that all my food used to get spoiled. They took the money for a bad quality product from me. @@nishad849 send an email to India service head, put the ticket number on twitter. In my case, these things worked and they replaced the faulty parts. Whenever I called service center toll free number, they were able to fetch the details, ask them to escalate the matter to their senior also.

I have been fighting since June, raised several complaint but they used to close it upon technician and on-ground service center ask. Freezer is fine but fridge is absolutely not working as expect. Kindly suggest some way out. They took 3 months and now warranty going to over in next 15 days.

Woh haramkhor 400 rs visit ke naam par le liya aur bola thik hai kuch dino me bana duga. Agle din whirlpool walo ne call kar ke bola aapko 6000 rs dena hoga tab banega fridge.. ye fraud company chutya bana raha hai sabko warranty ke naam par. Jiyada din whirpool ka haramkhori nahi chalega. Bahut jald sadak par aakar bheek mangoge whirlpool ghatiya chor brand. #dontbuywhirpool
