My machine just stopped during the washing or drying (not sure) with F05 error, I couldn't turned it off, so I took main cable out. What to do next, as I can see inside with clothes there is still a water?! Should I just take off the filter? Thank you

Hi if you open the filter there will a lot of water. If possible tip the machine back at approx 45 degrees before opening the filter. Plug out machine before doing so

No problem at all Jeffca. With the filter out make sure nothing a stuck in the pump (It’s in where you removed the filter) If the problem persists you may have a blockage further up the Machine. Hopefully not 🙂-When done You should try a spin program as that will activate the pump. You should see the water leave the machine ☺️

Hi Laura. You might have a blockage further up the machine. I’ll send you a link for a different brand of machine but the principle is the exact same. Give it a go and see how you get on 👍

@@washingmachinetipsandhelp4350 I have the same issue. No problem in the pump filter. The actual service manual states that F05 indicates a problem with the NTC temp. sensor in the macine.
