Those look great! I just bought the same oven. Does your fan go on and off during the air fryer function and convection oven function?

Yes, it does cycle. The items in the back get more brown. If baking a cake put the recipe temperature down 20 degrees and shorten the time a little.

I did sweet potato fries tonight, they were very good, I’m so use to my smaller air fryer that it’s going to take me a little bit to get use to this.

@@pattdavis6877 Did the sweet potato fries make a sticky mess or did they come out like the tater fries with easy clean up?

No not at all. After they cooked I sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon then drizzled with honey. I wish I could post picture. They were delicious!
