I need help, I got AM Transmitter but the connector for the trasmitter is 9 ~ 12v, which power supply will you recommend me, the 9v or 12v?

Nice. But in your circuit diagram, you have 7 dBm coming out of the oscillator and then you mention a 20 dB pad to get the matching good. Would you please point me in the direction of an explanation of what those 2 dBm notations mean ?

7 dbm is the lo mixer drive level, the 20db attenuator is to lower the output signal for the receiver .

So basically it's an up conversion to a comercial AM broadcast frequency of an already AM signal but at lower frequency ?
