It is Saturday evening Jan 2021. My neighbor succumbed to the dreaded covid. He totally loved this jazz. This was the year he wanted to buy a laptop and learn how to get to Dr. SaxLove by himself. We would sit by the fence and share a bottle of golden brown liqa and chat the evening away. We just came from his funeral and I instinctively poured 2 glasses cognac (one for him), cool rain falling, and reminiscing all with my "old timer ". RIP gentle giant "Tops". Warm greetings one and all, and to you Dr. SaxLove, from Namibia.

Listening after work on a cool Friday evening waiting for my food to be ready...a glass of wine..this is.simply relaxing. I also remember in the late 70's when I worked at a 5-star hotel lobby, and the businessmen came for the music and orders wine, scotch or cognac drink on Friday nights after a long week. Thank you for posting this!

He leaned over the table and slapped me across the face backhanded, contemptuously. The small, tight smile stayed on his ugly face. I felt the side of my face with my cold hand and said, "I still believe that Dr. SaxLove has the best station on this platform." He raised his hand again. I waited for the second slap.

The pin comes down on the record player, ah a little smooth jazz number, just the mood. A tap of the cigarette releases ash, it cascades down into the ornamental tray. Smokey ice crackles at the touch of a finely aged scotch, it swirls around the glass like liquid gold. It's 1949 and I'm peering out of the leaded window, into the bright San Francisco night.

I've just finished a hard day, nothing better than listening to my daily doses of Jazz, while drinking a fine glass of cool-aid (berries if you are a connoisseur like me) and eating my children's leftovers while everybody is sleeping.

Dr SaxLove, simply put, thank you. This world needs more Sax/Jazz to just put everyone in the right mood. Unwinding, nice glass of nice scotch(or rolled dutch if you prefer), and some nice Jazz with the misses will melt any problem away.
