Oh this song hits so close to home. Listened to it for the first time yesterday and it brought me to my knees....it’s been a painful few years since a family members relapse with alcoholism. It’s heartbreaking to know deep inside that one day it will take one of your parents from you.

oh friend. i am so so very sorry. i know the pain well. if i had one piece of advice, it would be try to rid yourself of the anger as quickly as you can when you feel it coming on. The more education you have about addiction, somehow the easier it becomes.
