You can get diagnosed and not take meds, however of you want to take them to see if they work for you that's understandable, but from my own experience certain meds for adhd can leave you pretty much zombiefied good luck with your diagnostic process and I hope you can find something that helps you. There's plenty of strategies and routines that can help instead of medication but it each to their own. If you want I can send you some more info regarding adhd strategies that can help, like this ent if you want me to get in touch with you tyrone.

Ffs Tyrone pull yourself together and wise up 🆙!!!! Stop with all this ADHD stuff , if you take that diagnosis you will wear it like a badge and you’ll use it as a excuse to quit when anything is going well , you’ll be full of the poor Mes but yet it’s not my fault it’s my ADHD…. You’ve lost your focus due to retiring from boxing 🥊 get a new focus and focus on it the same way you would focus on any career on anything that bring in money and lift you up further in life …. Stay to fuck away from doctors and therapists who benifit from handing out diagnoses….. this could be be the best advice you’ve heard in years if your looking to elevate yourself but if you want to roll around and stagnate that’s ok too but call it what it is , but remember you’re in the prime of your life

I cudnt agree with U more it like all the parents feeding there kids sugar an shite then saying they are in spectrum etc . He's feeding this movement also. Parents are worse for this diagnosing kids when if U look at simple life style factors it's why Ur kids are slightly acting up . Society is a shambles ATM band wagon mania people can't wait to join some sort of madness
