Classroom decor is ALWAYS a win. If I have money to spend on my room, it will probably be used on supplies. If I have money to spend on decor, it will probably be for my home. Also, notes from students (and especially their parents) are really meaningful. When parents reach out, it makes us feel like our lessons actually go with our students beyond the walls of our building.

I really enjoyed this video! This year is my first year of teaching and even though I am teaching in a homeschool environment and do not have certification, I really feel the importance of making kids’ learning a priority! I use to have a cricut machine but didn’t understand how to use it. After watching your videos and enthusiasm for teachers; I really want to start over making things that will motivate my 6th grade students. Keep the videos coming!!!!!

Loved the crayon candles as well as the easel sign. One of my favorites was the glass coffee cup. I haven’t seen these at my DT but will do some more searching. Did you add any of the dishwasher mod podge? The crayon wreath with pool noodle such a great idea~I saw Shannon’s pool noodle video too and was blown away. I’ve made these in the past for teachers but will use pool noddles from here on out. Lots of goodies and thanks for sharing!

Hey girl- I am struggling like no other through figuring out the file alteration. I separated the word crayon from the squigs but when I change the W to 7 in, the H adjusts to 12 in and then the squigs are too thick height wise to put on the candle without overlapping on the Crayon part. Thoughts, ideas, suggestions? Thank you!!
