It was a cool event, not as big as the ones in KY. The majority of the distilleries there I've tried before, so it was cool to try a few pours I haven't. 2025 I plan on hitting some of the bigger ones outta state. Thanks for your support always. And yes FR FTW! Ha 👊🏽 🥃

Love this episode- the interviews, BTS, tastings. Definitely do more stuff like this! My favorite whiskey event is Whiskey in the Winter, but i might be a little bias to that one... Cheers

It was pretty cool. For this event, they didn't allow sales. Also, they honestly had standard offerings for most of the brands. I didn't see anything crazy outside of what we can find on the shelves already ha.

We don’t have Frey in PA yet. I’m tempted to order direct to review on my channel. Which one do you recommend?

Depends on which you lean to most. The standard offering is pretty good at 90 Proof. The Uncut is their barrel version. And The Store Pick's single barrels are my favorite out the Bourbon line up. The BIB Rye is pretty good. Flavor wise it packs a vibe similar to the JDSBPR just not as proof high.

Starting off, if you're into high-proof I'll say the Uncut is a good starting point. I just followed you as well 🥃

@@Whiskeats All good, no gate keeping this way 😂. For this the main was my iPhone 16. And I believe Krucial has the iPhone 15 he used for the B-Roll.
