I have PCOS. Was diagnosed when I was 17. It took me 6 years to get pregnant with my son and I had a really difficult pregnancy because of it. I’ve tried so many different diets and programs without much success. I’ll definitely be checking this book out. Thanks, Megan, as always!!

Justine Whispers - I'm so sorry you went through those years of struggle and still continue to! PCOS is definitely a challenge, but it's not impossible and CAN absolutely be managed in a natural & EFFECTIVE way

Damn that PCOS. It's the worst of all the PCOS. I have no idea what it is. I don't have ovaries. Maybe I can borrow some.

It really sucks! It's funny - PCOS is actually a condition that goes much deeper in the body than just the ovaries and men can also suffer from a similar condition, too (unfortunately!)
