I suppose it might feel insulting to read people thanking you for helping them fall asleep. Please know that I listen closely to your words and appreciate your wisdom and knowledge. I have learned so much from your museum series, especially. I'm more of a science student, so my exposure to fine art has been academically limited. As for asmr - I think it's difficult for people to understand it, if they don't experience it. I hope you don't think that people are just watching these videos for the whisper. People truly appreciate the information you share. Thank you, and I look forward to your future videos :)

I don't understand the 'not asmr' tag on some of these recent videos. Ones like this one are the very definition of ASMR for me and are incredibly soothing

+ElderSnake90 It isn't really my place to say, but Haiying's relationship to the ASMR community seems complicated. Unless she indicates otherwise, I feel like it may be better to not bring it up.

If you look at her older videos you'll notice she's made some content with titles such as "for sleep inducing" or "ASMR". As someone mentioned earlier, her relationship with ASMR is kind of complicated, but in no way is it negative. She expresses her love for her viewers, both ASMR and non-ASMR and expresses that she simply doesn't "get" ASMR (specifically whisper videos). She constantly says that she never means to give people ASMR triggers which is probably why she's been titling these videos the way she has. Or, it could be because she likes to have fun and joke around and, knowing full well that this is ASMR material, titled the video otherwise. Whatever her reasons, I'm just happy she's been highly active these past few days :)

+ElderSnake90 a similar thing happened a while ago, she stopped labeling her videos as asmr because of someone complaining about a loud noise in a video(which was a super petty on their part) and she stopped for a bit kzbin.info/www/bejne/b6mahXtnl5mfoNE

The soothing tone of your voice makes it very much an ASMR video to me. :-)

Niagara Falls is a neat place to visit. They give you a raincoat and take you very close to the falls on a boat. If I remember correctly the boats name is maid of the mist.

I enjoy the museum videos and your comments on all the art. You think of things very differently than I do, and I like your points. FYI you did get the New York and Canadian side of the falls backwards. The US is on the left and Canada is on the right. I live fairly close and have visited it frequently. Thanks again.

What is your favorite era/genre? I remember seeing the Gertrude Stein exhibit at MOMA on my honeymoon - it was my favorite part of the trip. And, I love that you have discussing Chinese art. I looked up Shang Dynasty after your Chinese Antique video. I love learning about art and different cultures.
