They made a major transition in the instruments...its probably because in the actual novel by aoi hiragi ,seiji is neither a violin maker or cellist... he's a violinist...and if you've read the manga you'll know how different it's from this and the Ghibli movie...to be very honest, I really enjoyed this movie ❤

I didn’t expect to enjoy the movie just as much as I did the animated version, but I did, even though they’ve changed the plot a little, the instrument and the title song.
