Hats off to you for standing up for yourself and teaching that bully a lesson I bet she still remembers to this day! It's up to the individual to protect themselves. Reporting a bully at least in California does absolutely nothing because the schools are too afraid of being sued by the parents of the bully and the police are impotent. Unfortunately here in CA criminals and predators have more rights that the innocent.
