As an Italian, I really appreciated this video. Not only because it showes my county, but because it's something different than the content that I'm used to watch here on KZbin. Every place on earth is beautiful just for the way it is, and we often seem to forget about the beauty surrounding us (me in the first place). So thank you for sharing this! i lked the curvy way under the trees, the cat and the plate of food. i liked where old colides with new and the "ugly" side of town. was it sunny, was it cloudy was it both ? evening, morning ? or..... was it the filter ? ... which dunked all into the same triste soup, and made the obvious and inevitable clishee part even more dead inside. you really nailed that expression.

I'm originally from Sicily, and now live in the UK, but I went to uni in Trieste and lived there for two years. It's probably my favourite place in Italy, so underrated. In my opinion much better than Venice. Did you visit the orthodox church? There's also a synagogue (and a buddhist temple if I'm not mistaken). I feel like those would have been more interesting to visit than the cathedral, which is quite ugly compared to other Italian churches tbh lol Anyway, thanks for ths short film, it brought back good memories. I used to live 10 minutes from that park :)
