It initially released running iOS 5 in October of 2011, but got updates all the way until iOS 9.3.5 in August 2016 (later getting a small patch in the form of iOS 9.3.6, released in July 2019 around the release of iOS 11). The iPhone 4S featured in the video is most likely running iOS 6.0.1, though it's running iOS 6.0 if the video was recorded more than a day before it was uploaded.

I’ve seen folks comment about how this appeared on their recommendations. This video also appeared on my recommendations and I’m glad it did. It’s really fascinating just seeing these ASMR videos from more than a decade ago, especially showcasing these pieces of technology I’ve once owned. I’ve also owned an iPhone 4 and a iPhone 4s. While watching this video, it’s such a nostalgia trip seeing those old icons and transition animations again, especially with Spotify and Instagram. Thank you for sharing.

I had no idea ASMR existed that long ago. On the topic of the iPhone 4S, I actually recently got one for my collection. It's black and has 64GB of storage, and I downgraded it from iOS 9.3.6 to iOS 8.4.1. Yesterday I opened it up and replaced its aging battery with a brand new one. It's a valuable part of my collection.
