Also if people are trying to sleep (and have dark mode on) it creates a big dark space instead of words all over the place lol! :)

I used Head & Shoulders TWO times in a row in my youth and am so glad I felt something off right away and quit. It screws up your hair/scalp immediately and took my hair mOnths after just two uses to recover. Terrible stuff; there are way better solutions

I used head and shoulders for a few days and my hair went into a really bad shape. I now use Nature Box products and its way healthier and feels better. Maybe try that or go to TikTok or Instagram and make some research. For good products you need to look out for bad stuff in your product like sulfates. Just inform yourself and try what you feel the most comfortable with. It took me a while as well
