What a beautiful healing experience. I think I resonate the most with the lowest tone of bowl. I don't often experience tingles anymore but I'm smiling today at their arrival so warm running up and down. I feel like I have been transported to a holy place in Tibet. Settling in to sleep for tonight (est) and had to tell you before I do I went to sleep listening to this with a pulsating migraine last night and it was the only thing that eased the pain to help me sleep. The vibrations from my headphones from the bowls helped so much. Been listening for years Emma. You’ve gotten me through some pretty terrible times and my nephews and I share a love for you. Wonderful video, Emma. I’m several hours late watching this, but man was it worth the wait. Somewhere around 2 years ago my Mom and I participated in a sound bath for the first time in our local area and had a wonderful time at it, and as soon as I started watching this video it immediately reminded me of that experience. Everything sounded wonderful in this. I especially enjoyed the assorted singing bowl, gentle wood clacking and bean shaker sounds, as well as the guided meditation in this, so thank you for including all of those. Lovely video as always. 💜 Hello my lovely sweet Emma 💜 I hope you’re doing well. I’m not feeling well today, I had a severe headache yesterday and today I’m still feeling tired. We finally had some rain this morning. So luckily I don’t have to water my garden later, at least what’s left of it I should say. It’s been so hot here this past week and it finally cooled down today but it’s unbelievably humid now.
