there's a race group that went first and then two faster groups i think this is likely the 4 hr group which is very reasonable pace and riders are not there to win trophies

Indeed! It's painful to watch him. He has to hyperextend his ankle and rock his hips and lower back to complete the stroke. How can you not feel that's just wrong and uncomfortable, let alone not look around you and see you're way out of the zone of normal?

It's a GoPro 8 plugged into a power bank. The limitation is actually the space available on the SD card for footage (around 5hrs).

I realized that I have to invest a lot in a road bike to be even with other guys , the roads here are not nice like this one , and its very dangerous to ride here very bad car drivers . I quit road cycling and will stick to gravel and an off road bike
