These actually give a lot of warning. I started to get a warning from a cop I couldn't see from the direction I was coming from. It started sounding about 8 blocks away and got faster as I approached where the cop was.

City 1 reduces x-band (still goes off at random times but not as bad). City 2 eliminates x-band but I recommend if you don’t want it going off all the time keep it in City 1 because, a lot of small towns still use x-band.

He's not telling you the whole truth about the radar detector is 100% better than you think very accurate also has a pop-up mode.. is one of whiskers best for under 50 bucks
