I'd swap the cooler for a Thermalright Peerless Assassin and spend the extra $290 on a better GPU and maybe some faster ram or some more fans. I know people like their aesthetics but that AIO is just eating +$300 of your budget for no good reason given the 13600 isn't hard to keep cool with a properly configured motherboard (looking at you Asus). If your focus is gaming you can also spend less on good gen 4 NVME drives and still get 1tb+2tb but as a 850x owner myself they are pretty nice drives. Otherwise nice video production and while I'm not a fan of RGB and glass side cases that case isn't terrible though not sure how I feel about the straps at the top (I'm sure someone else will point out you could spend half the amount on a comparable case but I get ASUS sponsored the video).
