How did Chiaki get to know Kazusa in the first place well enough for her to imitate her voice and manner of speaking?

To know exactly why, play CC Chiaki. But, hell, I don't want to be a party pooper here, so I'll tell you. Chiaki was a classmate of Haruki's during high school, assumed by the surname "Seno". After much pestering, she got Takeya to tell her about the trio [Haruki, Setsuna, Kazusa], because she was deeply interested in them. That interest only grew after she saw their performance at the school festival, and from "Todokanai Koi" she was able to figure out the dynamics of the love triangle. Three years later, upon becoming intimate with Haruki, she got him to tell the entire story to her. So... 1.) Being in the same grade as Kazusa, she must've at least caught her voice once 2.) She knows the background and dynamics of the love triangle thoroughly; this includes Kazusa's behavior towards Haruki 3.) *spoiler* She is one hell of an amazing actress, and she can fool anyone and anything with her acting.

ZeroHumor Hmm, I wonder why she went under a different name back in Houjou High School. It's also a mystery to me as to what was so interesting to me about the main love triangle before the fateful concert. At least now I know that she knows how Setsuna was the "third wheel" between Kazusa and Haruki. Are you going to upload the part(s) where Chiaki appears in IC? Also, I'd like to know how Chiaki assents to being part of a "Misato and Kaji-style" week-long vacation in her route (you'll understand that reference if you watched the original Neon Genesis Evangelion anime). Up till now I thought Chiaki was just a "pretty freeloader" mooching off Haruki.

Mazryonh :P I'll just leave that up to mdz's discretion, whenever he gets off his lazy ass and either plays the route again, or decides to edit my summary. Mdz wrote a nice summary of CC Setsuna and the three routes of Coda, if you're interested. I've recently finished all the CC routes, the Coda normal route, and the Coda True Setsuna route. Halfway through True Kazusa! Once that's done, then I'm officially done with the VN. And christ...it's eaten up at least 40 hours of my free time at this point.

Just curious, are the translations in simplified by default? I take a long time to read simplified but it takes ages for me to read traditional (something that I should really change...)

Summary-wise, it's still just mdz's main storyline summaries and this one summary I did on Chiaki's route. Lawrence Oteyza CC Koharu Intro summary: Koharu is a mirror of Haruki. Prior to falling in love with him, she was honest, direct, proud, warm, caring, and loved to take other people's problems into her own hands. Her best friend has a huge crush on Haruki, and as her best friend's love ambassador, she approached Haruki with the intent of getting him to like her best friend. But after extended interaction with Haruki-senpai, as he revealed his kind, caring, sincere nature to her, and revealed his past broken life story to her...she fell in love. As her world comes crashing down on her due to her unofficial relationship with Haruki (broken relationship with friends, bullied by the entire school for rumors of being a certain college student's bitch [i.e. Haruki's bitch], and the only person who's nice to her, Setsuna's little brother, may get hurt after hearing that Koharu is stealing his older sister's boyfriend), she relies more and more heavily emotionally on Haruki-senpai, to the point where her previous honest self, marred by love, begins getting addicted on lying and other deceptions (such as deleting Setsuna's texts to Haruki). This pretty much mirrors Haruki's state as he fell in love with Kazusa after episode 11. She is going through what Haruki went through, that pain of having betrayed her best friend's trust, being blinded by stronger and stronger love, and having her good nature rot to hell as she gets consumed by love and guilt...it's sad. Conclusion: Koharu, at her lowest point, resolved to become the "bitch" that everyone at her high school called her. Screw everything. During physical education period, she took off all her clothes in the girls locker room and let everyone see the kiss marks on her body. Fuck everything. Ogiso-kun, having heard this, confronts Koharu later. Koharu, in her current state, remarks coldly that he should stop caring about a bitch like herself. That's when Ogiso told her that one of her friends refuses to attend the same university as her. Koharu suddenly stops at her tracks; had she single-handedly ruined the future of her friend? Did she really think that that idealistic "two-person" world she had dreamed of with Haruki would be reality? Did she really ignore all the consequences that their relationship has brought those around them? As she slowly broke down emotionally, Ogiso-kun comforted her, saying how he will help her out. At this point, her guilt goes over the top. "Why? Why Ogiso? You shouldn't care about someone who did something so horrible to those you care about! [referring to actively trying to break SetsunaxHaruki]. She runs off. Finally, the breaking point. Koharu simply could not take the responsibility of having hurt all her closest friends, including Ogiso-kun, that angelic class representative who always cared for her. At the same time, Takeya, having learned these events, frankly tells Haruki: "Your relationship with Koharu will not last. Eventually she'll break, one way or another. You brought about this, so you have to do something about it. Figure it out yourself." Later, Koharu confronts Haruki. "This can't happen anymore. I'm too weak. I can't take it. I have to fix everything I broke." In other words, she wishes to end it with Haruki. Haruki's response? "Do you honestly expect me to abandon you at your lowest point? I have full responsibility for this. I'm the one who ruined your life. It doesn't matter if we break up in the end; I intend to see this responsibility to the end. Don't think that your disappearance will solve anything. Let’s sort this out together." And so they do. Haruki helps Koharu study for the entrance exams of another university (because Koharu's friend did not want to attend the same university as her). She also goes back to school to tell this to the teachers (to formalize this decision), and along the way back, she sees her friends, and tells them: "I'm sorry for everything that happened. I hope there will be one day when we can get together happily again, but until then, I will disappear from your sight as to not hurt you further." Sometime in-between this period, Haruki actually consults Setsuna, and the conversation goes something like this [shortened]: S: "Haruki, Koharu is a nice girl. You have to protect her." H: "Mhmm." S: "Haruki, who do you want to protect the most right now?" H: "...Koharu." S: "Then protect her with all your might. Save her with everything you got." H: "Sorry...sorry" [in tears] S: "My wounds are already beyond your ability to heal. Don't worry about me." H: "Sorry..." Weeks later, after taking the entrance exam, Koharu says: "Goodbye...Haruki" under her breath. She intends to leave him at this point. Nope. That night, Setsuna calls her up for a meeting. How terrifying. To Koharu, this is the beautiful and kind girl whom she stole Haruki from. This is the beautiful and kind senpai whose little brother is her important friend. How could she even face Setsuna? Upon the meeting, after Setsuna talked a bit about her own past mistakes that hurt her friends (middle school years, if you recall from the anime), Koharu starts to stutter and wants to bring up how she took Haruki from Setsuna and hurt Setsuna. However, Setsuna brings up this topic first, recalling to Koharu the conversation she [Setsuna] had with Haruki a few weeks before. Setsuna says: "Koharu, you are a beautiful, kind girl. So sincere, so helpful, and so amazing, just like Haruki. Haruki chose you. Go now. Go to Haruki's side. Don't let me be the reason for your hesitation; I can't bear such a thought. Go now." After Koharu leaves, Setsuna says to herself in tears: "I've done my job. I've done the best I can." She deletes Haruki from her contact list [on her phone], resolving never to see him again. After this scene, Haruki meets with Koharu, and embraces her. K: "Hurting such beautiful and nice people...I'm truly the worst. An irredeemable bitch." H: "Even then, you are the most important to me." K: "What have you been thinking...!?" H: "Koharu. I've always been thinking about how to help you." K: "You'll definitely regret it. Definitely." It's so BORING. =[ Maruto didn't put a whole lot of effort into writing his side routes for White Album 2. CC is just a transition for Coda. Here's the gist: Haruki has a boss named Mari. He falls in love with her. There's this stupid apartment scene. Then he flies over to 'murica because she has to move there for some reason and Haruki has no life anyway. The End. I totally didn't just write that in a really bad mood because of work overloading or anything.
