By consistent training and just keep training and constant drilling of techniques. I hate it when a grappler wraps both arms around my torso. I use both hands and push down on their head and use that force to push them off of me. Its just annoying for them if both of my hands are on their head with pressure as they have both arms wrapped around my torso limiting my movement. Keep training sir! There are days where you feel like you are getting nowhere but you are think about another person who instead of going to class sits on the couch so there is definetely progress as long as you keep training. And my number 1 way to improve is constant drilling. Drilling, drilling, drilling of techniques, sweeps, passing, submission techniques, thats how you improve.
