I can tell you're a guy. I'll break it down for you. Number one not that why they follow him to the bathroom. It's a girl thing we just go for company and gossip. And second yes people who are lactose do get diarrhea just depending on the person how bad it is.

He’s talking about the innuendo where they say, “unless you know another way to make quiche?” And they start giggling. I’ve always wondered what they meant by that as well
