WHITE CHOCOLATE STRAWBERRY MOUSSE | Eggless mousse | Christmas special

My CHRISTMAS MOUSSE is possibly the best eggless mousse there is. It is delicious and most importantly very versatile. The orange and spices give a very Christmas feel to this mousse and I love how this looks. Perfect for a Christmas party!
For the strawberry compote-
2 cups chopped strawberries
1/3 cup orange juice
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 inch stick of cinnamon
A few cloves
A few black pepper corns (optional)
For the white chocolate mousse-
100 g white chocolate
35 g fresh cream
1 cup whipping cream whipped to stiff peaks
For the crumble -
1/2 cup oats
4 tbsp butter
1/2 cup maida (+ 2 tbsp if needed)
1/4 cup castor sugar
Vanilla essence / cinnamon powder (optional)
