Sorry for late upload. But I'll give an additional update to what I said in this video. Last night and this morning, temperatures were 10-15 degrees colder than what was forecasted. I believe this has happened a couple of times. If this continues, this can make up for the .2 inches that the city fell short of in snow, resulting in a more snowier winter. I guess we'll find out!
