Delinquent Demon Cat has the same stats as Greater Demon Cat (Balrog's pre-tf) except HP, speed & abilities Delinquent one has the same HP as Greater Balrog (True Form), one higher speed & CC abilities but not immune to weaken He would be better than Balrog when he gets TF & abilities but for now, he has less dmg & dps than Balrog He has 75% chance to trigger any 1 of the CC abilities, 35% chance to trigger any 2 of the CC abilities

For now I can not get this jojo lovestruck demon or other time (I have Cat food is of 527) I used in gal of summer ( for Sea kai ) 11 rolls 😩😳 in this year 2022 summer

GDDC is not better than balrog but 100% of people can agree that he is better than OG greater demon cat. And IF he gets TF and talents there's a chance he will be better than balrog. but we'll see
