I would put Scourge of the White Forest in the deck because it's an quick spell omni negate and if you tribute a White Forest Synchro for the effect, you get it right back which can for example trigger Silvera again if you tribute her. Also if you play so many link monsters i would cut Chenying for Borreload Savage Dragon which gives you extra omni negates. But to be honest, instead of Artemis, i would play Silhouhatte Rabbit and the Angel Statue because the Angel Statue is a Solemn Judgement. I would also put one Effect Veiler in the deck so that you can search it with Rciela which gives you a monster negate for your opponents turn. Here is a very spicey recommandation, you could also add Thunder King Rai - Oh in your deck and search it with Toy Soldier, with Toy Tank, you can special summon Rai - Oh. He is like Thunder Dragon Colossus and also a quick play Solemn Judgement.

Sinful Spoils of Betrayal does the same thing as Scourge. Angel Statue is far from a solemn judgement but the double interruption with silhouette is nice. Borreload is nice in most decks, but in white forest you will VERY RARELY have a link in the GY Turn 1, the visas package is way better since you basically get two omnis for the price of 1. Rai-Oh is definitely a cool addition to the deck but it seems very win more going first without doing anything going second.
