It’s a good option to have that can help you turn the tables when needed or at least help you buy some time, plus put pressure on the board.

the problem with artifact is that if you go 1st and get shifter'ed you still can't activate it and pretty much do anything for your turn... i'm really torn between it and chaos hunter which at least also provide you a body on field (and can similarly to diabellstar get you to end punisher) ... it's just a weird format once again for us with 2 so diferent decks on top and both able to play with shifter sucks big time..

Shifter is always going to suck unfortunately /: Chaos hunter is also good, the downside of it imo would be the it requires a discard and the deck depends on having other spells and traps to work. The format is still new so we’ll see how it goes!

@@jwtcg- discarding a WF spell/trap will trigger them to set since you sent them to grave to activate chaos hunters summon effect. so thats a bonus

What are your results on this build? I can never find the perfect ratios for the deck as I am new to it. I’ve never cut a toy box with seems like such a boost in consistency, also no fiendsmith package. Is it truly not needed? Most list have a fiendsmith package

Toy box engine can be a double edged sword, if you open multiple you pretty much brick. 1 soldier and 1 tank plus 2-3 toy box is fine imo. I don’t really like fiendsmith in this deck because it doesn’t really add much.

Can you explain to me what debtors is for? I see it being played on a lot of white forest lists

Debtors is a quick play version of hallowed. You can search it first if you open with deception or wanted and then add ot back with diabel, set it and then use it to fuse on your ops turn

It gives you an additional interruption during your opponent’s turn :)
