Yes, it really works. I use the same method. It is 100% foolproof. But increasing indigo powder in ratio gives darker colour, and if you increase henna, the colour will be maroon or reddish.

My mom has been using chemical colors for over 5-6 years now. In her past 3 4 application, she experienced some allergies like itching and burning scalp , burning swelling eyes and in her last application , first she had severe animal like itching in her whole body and with in 15 minutes she was fainted and we've to hospitalized her. In case you read this comment ,I'd like to request you make a video on the health issues caused by using chemical colorants and I'd like to request you to make that entire video in hindi so that the information can benefit maximum number of people. While searching for doctors recommended 100% natural colorants I came across Indus Valley Hypo allergic aqua color, which is openly being recommended by doctors over youtube, it would be really nice if you can do a review of it . Correct 👍things arent as simple as he is trying to suggest without trial. Lack of chemicals does not mean the process is foolproof or without problems. Henna and indigo is not only cumbersome, it doesnt stay for long and gets washed off easily. Giving full coverage to all white hair is also tough. He is talking without experience or self trial. One step process = soak henna overnight …next day add indigo powder to soaked henna and apply ..this single step process will give you dark brown hair.. Two step process = soak henna overnight and next day apply henna for at least 2 to 3 hours then rinse henna with normal water t( don’t use shampoo or conditioner , use plain water) ..towel dry your hair..now make indigo powder paste adding warm water + 1tsp salt and immediately apply this indigo paste, without waiting for indigo to release blue dye , in your hair…indigo has grainy texture and it will leak from hair so cover your hair with shower cap ..wait for 30 to 45 mins and then wash your hair with normal water ..don’t shampoo for three days ..after three days your hair will become dark black .. don’t forget to wear gloves while applying indigo or else it will stain your hands …

I was having the same problem before 3 months. I started doing gym at home. (Dumbells aur resistance band se) I started eating Amla, and increase my protein intake by eating sprouts. (I also drink my gainer shake which i make adding milk, almonds, peanuts, oats, honey aur ek chammach chawanprash) I also drink water from tambe ka bottle by keeping the water in it overnight aur subh uthkar bina brush kiye yeh pani piyo. Kasam se bhai, yeh karo baal jhadna dhire dhire kum hoga aur bohot thick hone lagenge baal.....

Nice advice by ankit rawal but don't forget to include atleast half ltr of toned milk in a day. Specially in your age you should include milk in your daily diet at any cost that will be really really helpful in many ways including hairfall problem, trust me. But don't forget to consult with dermatologist if still problem continues bcs it can be some hormonal issue also.

Thank you so much for you research. The Indigo powder (4 part) + Henna powder (1 part), it covered 80% of my grey hair to soft black color in one wash only. Will see how much it works in second time application. :)

hmm.. they are less effective.. so always shampoo your hairs jst b4 applying these and also keep a cover on your head so that it dnt gets dry so early before it starts its works... obviously they not chemicals so less effective and slow in action thats why these are not harmful to skin...

Yes I use Mehndi and indigo powder 2 step home remedy to treat my husband's grey hair..Actually color comes out dark brown but not that black color..but dark brown color also looks good..

Instead of Glass bowl.... If we use Iron Vessel... It will work more effective. Also instead of Lukewarm water. Boil coffee and tea Powder in water. Let that water be lukewarm and then use it to make a paste of Heena.. this give long-lasting result. We do one more thing... Once all the Heena washed off we apply egg to hair and wash after 10-15 minutes. This will stop colour water from second wash

Lol no iron bowl will oxidise and ruin the mixture hence it won't be effective ... plus adding other things as you mentioned will also result in same ....he told the best possible method ........simple and effective........ adding all these things will reduce the effect of mehndi and indigo as well ....so better do what he said.
