Great instructions, I just ordered some M30 cranks. I have a CK BSA 30 threaded BB on my bike, hopefully it’s ok. I don’t mind upgrading to the WI BB

Hello, could someone tell me which direction I have to unscrew the cap, the caps were already put on the cranks when delivered and I've tried to remove them (I was thinking at that time it was Necessary) and I've put a big trace on them and the crank with the pin spanner. I am quite disappointed. I should be able to remove them just to put another color, I don't understand how it is possible it's already so tight. Thank you!

The extractor caps are normally installed with threadlocker. They are standard thread, so counterclockwise will remove them.

HI, Is it not supposed to be the Park Tool SPA-1 Pin Spanner /green one) instead of the Park Tool SPA-2 Pin Spanner 8red one you use) ?

The SPA-1 pins are slightly too big for White Industries extractors.

I'm installing the G30 and a White Industries BSA threaded bottom bracket on my bike. Do you have a torque spec for the bottom bracket cups?

White Industries recommends a torque spec of 35-50 Nm.
