White Ink Workflow in SAi Flexi

I could not get the white text to show up in the white channel. I followed these instructions over and over, also adding the 1% yellow as mentioned here. I found that when I select the dropper tool it will show you the value of 1 %. However if you scroll to the right it states a mapped to value. So my 1% was mapped to 0%. So even though I had the 1% in the artwork, the white under color setting would not recognize as color therefore not applying white to white areas in the print. Hope this can help 4:20

On the layers... so you are using the "green" as the "White" for visibility purposes, yes or no?

how do i set to print only white, i dont want print any other colur. just white. is there any information how you set white as a spot colour

I followed these instructions and when it came to printing- even after double checking that the layers are correct and has the correct spot color for white, when I send it over to the Production Manager and split the jobs there and send it- it only prints the white layer but just as outlines, even though what I have and double check shows everything correctly. I even went back and re-did it. if you could help me out ASAP that would be greatly appreciated. thank you!

When it comes to printing - even though everything is correct and specified in each layer- after sending it over to the Production Manager and spliting the layers and when I send over the main job it only prints the white but prints it as an outline of the design. even though, after double checking my spot color is named correctly for the White same for the Color (graphic), and it appears correctly on the Flexi side and Production Manager Side. I did go through this video again and re-set up and still having the same issue. If you could get back to me on this asap it would be greatly appreciated. thanks!

Hi I’m printing dtf printing but with I print my logos the white ink always over flows leaving a shadow of white over the artwork how do I keep the underbase of white only under my logos only

We do have 700W Is it possible to add contour cut after creating the spot color to print and cut !?

Why white ink need? White colour print well purpose? Please explain sir?😊
