White Keema Karahi
Ingredients:
Oil 1/2 cup
Chicken mince 1 k
Onion (chopped) 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
NESTLÉ MILKPAK yogurt 1 cup
Cumin powder 1 tbsp
Black pepper crushed 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
White pepper powder 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Green chilies (chopped) 1/4 cup
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Dried fenugreek 1 tsp
Hot water 1/2 cup
NESTLÉ MILKPAK Dairy Cream 1/2 cup
Directions:
1. In a pot heat oil and add chicken mince. Cook until mince is fully done. Add onion and cook for a minute. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 2-3 mins.
2. Now add NESTLÉ MILKPAK yogurt, cumin powder, black pepper crushed, coriander powder, white pepper powder, salt and cook for 8-10 mins. Add green chilies, garam masala powder, dried fenugreek and mix it well.
3. Add hot water and mix it well. Lastly add NESTLÉ MILKPAK Dairy Cream and cook for a minute.
4. Your White Keema Karahi is ready. Serve and enjoy.
