Really interesting film (50's?) with the unexpected animation and quality lip-sinc thanks, I wonder how long the man with the lever (2:26) lived for?

We think this film was created 1949-1950. It was showing in theaters by 1951.

Interesting clip... not one mention of the pervasive use of the "fire-proof" and strengthening ingredient in all those products, especially in the building materials - asbestos... All those people exposed to the incorporation of the fire retardant mineral and absolutely no ppe use either - in the labratory testing/research, mining processes, the manufacturing processes, or the field applied ( construction) methods utilized by the workman during the commercial or residential use of those products. A man once told me (40) years ago in a conversation - "we're killing ourselves & we don't even realize it..." I remember my humorous response then, and the cynicism I felt towards him. No wonder we deal w/so many modern day illnesses and health issues.

All that dust in various stages of the process and not a SINGLE face mask/respirator. I wonder how many of those guys died of respiratory issues?
