It generally depends on the color shade of the dress and your skin color. We would suggest a nude or neutral colour lip shade to go with Lavender. Neutral shades always work with any colour. Opt a pale gold or Muted pinks in eyeshadow look. Team Natasha

The neck being a different colour or not being covered properly can result in an overall makeup look that doesn’t have cohesion. And remember the foundation is being applied not just to the front but also dragged towards the sides of her neck and back hence more product is needed 🙏
