Ingredients:
• Mutton (Mix Cut) 1 Kg
• Piyaz (Onion) Sliced 1 Medium
• Lehsan (Gralic) Paste 1 Tbsp
• Loung (Cloves) 9-10
• Taz Pata (Bay Leaves) 3-4
• Sabz Elaichi (Green Cardamom) 5-6
• Badiyan Ka Phool (Star Anise) 2-3
• Badi Elaichi (Black Cardamom) 3
• Dar Chinni (Cinnemon Stick) 1 Inch
• Jaifal (Nutmug) ½piece
• Javitri (Mice) 1 Piece
• Namak(Salt) As Per Taste
• Pani (Water) As Required
• Oil 1 Cup
• Loung (Cloves) 10-12
• Sabz Elaichi (Green Cardamom) 6-7
• Kali Mirch (Black Peppercorns) 1 Tbsp
• Dar Chini (Cinnemon Stick) 3 Inches
• Badiyan Ka Phool (Star Anise) 2-3
• Piyaz (Onion) Sliced 1 Medium
• Adrak (Ginger Paste) 1.5 Tbsp
• Add Boiled Mutton
• Dahi (Yogurt) 1 Cup
• Hari Mirch (Green Chilli) Chopped 4-5
• Kali Micrh (Black Pepper) Crushed 1 Tbsp
• Zeera (Cumin Seeds) 1 Tbsp
• Yakhni (Mutton Stock) 1.5 Liter Or As Required
• Socked Rice 1 Kg
• Namak (Salt) As Per Taste
• Fresh Cream 2 Tbsp
Directions:
-Add Mix Cut Mutton in the pan.
-Add Onion Sliced, Garlic Paste, Cloves, Bay Leaves, Green Cardamom, Star Anise, Black Cardamom, Cinnamon Stick, Nutmeg And Mice.
-Add Salt and as Required Water and give a nice stir.
-Cook on Medium to Low Flame for 1 Hour or until tendered.
-After 1 Hour. Strain & Set Aside.
-Add Oil in the Cloves, Green Cardamom, Black Peppercorns, Cinnamon Stick And Star Anise.
-Give A Nice Stir.
-Add Onion Sliced And Ginger Paste.
-Add Boiled Mutton and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
-Add Yogurt.
-Cook On Low Flame for 5 To 6 Minutes.
-Add Green Chili, Black Pepper And Cumin Seeds.
-Add Mutton Stock And Socked Rice.
-Give A Gently Stir.
-Add Salt and Fresh Cream.
-Dum with cloth for 10 To 12 Minutes on Low Flame.
-After 10 Minutes.
-White Mutton Pulao Is Ready.
