You LITERALLY just built the exact PC i was thinking in my head, component for component. The only thing I would have done differently was used Lian Li's CPU cooler LCD with matching Lian Li's LCD fans

Just did the exaxct build but only swapped out for Trident Z5 ram and swapped out for Galahad ii 360 cooling. All else same and love it!

Perhaps I'm misunderstanding something, but I noticed you put one of the M.2 drives in the M.2_1 slot, but the manual (see p. 1-11) says "M.2_1 shares bandwidth with PCIEX16(G5)_2 and PCIEX16(G5)_1. When M.2_1 is occupied with SSD device, PCIEX16(G5)_2 will be disabled and PCIEX16(G5)_1 will run x8 only." >>> So isn't your setup going to cause your GPU to run at x8 only, rather than x16? I have almost the exact same build but to my knowledge I believe using the 4090 with the ROG Maximus Z790 formula you will either have to sacrifice performance of the 4090 slightly in order to use the gen 5 slot right? (as stated in the moba manual) but is the difference really minor?

Hi, thanks for the video. I’m currently planning to make something similar and have a few questions. Why do you use one Samsung and one Crucial SSD instead of just two identical? Do you know if the Asus ROG Ryujin III 360 would also fit? It seems to me there isn’t much space left for the LCD unit. Is this why you chose the Kraken Elite 360 RGB cooler instead? I’d also like to know if the LianLi fans are supported by AuraSync or iCUE software?

Just to clarify since I have a similar build to this but if you were to use the same brand (crucial) SSD you would need x1 gen 5 and a x1 gen 4 right? Because there is only one gen 5 slot on this MOBA right?

the only problem i see with this build, is to many different software to control. 1. Lian li, corsair, krakan all need separate programs and they all hugh resources takers. 2. no point of 4 ram sticks in ddr5 since you can't really use xmp, better just have 2 sticks of 32 each and than you can actually have the proper speeds. 3. just a personal thing, but why use the formula if you not going with watercooling loop, that's the all point of the mobo. 4. does looks awesome, not going to lie.
