Trading education for resources even if the resources were worth a lot, without education they would not know how to make use of all these resources. Americans saying white's took their land, your land is in Africa so get on a plane and go there. Also apartheid was not just a White and Black thing, and it was not simply some white guys idea, in times the tribes in Africa in that land were always fighting, they have maybe 50 different main tribes that all had like who knows how many other tribes, there were Arabs, there were Asians, there were the Native Bushmen(who like native americans are nearly extinct and suffered the most) and at some point they requested to each get their own land. Then there was that argument about the white's taking all the good land, most of the lands in Africa were not good farm land, the White's had the main farming culture so they took the farm land. Though they definitely were wrong to take all the diamonds and gold in various lands in Africa. In Europe they might have the EU but there is still a lot of tension from the past. Also Arabs were in Africa too, and there were other groups of people as well. People must stop going through life as victims so they can say they killed a white child cause their ancestors might have been slave owners. One of the most brutal slave owners were black slave owners. I won't say most brutal since there are White's Asian's Arabs and nearly every nation has someone that can compete for that title. Also there was the part where white people would negotiate with black tribes who would then kill them and loot their bodies for eyes and body parts etc... as part of their culture and even with all that madness they still tried to make some peaceful arrangements while learning their language. In certain African cultures you could take the leadership of the tribe if you killed the previous leader. There were bad white people, there were bad black people, bad people are bad people, their race has nothing to do with them being bad.

I'm really torn here. I, for one, use dark mode on my web browser. But it makes all the text white. However, if I use standard mode, the background is white. On the one hand, using dark mode means that there is more dark than white on screen at any given time. On the other hand, dark mode also forces dark into the background, which obviously has racist implications. I just really don't know what to do.

We are human beings on Planet Earth we all have the same color blood we all have the same color heart we all breath the same air drink the same water stand on the same earth, we all have the same anatomy and physiology, I know the pain of both sides my ancestors we're raped beaten tortured but I was not raised to hate or blame or point fingers. Simply I was raised to live and help others live, I was raIsed to be aware of the problem learning about what my grandparents and Great Grandparents went through when they came to this country from Puerto Rico living in The South Bronx, New York racial pain in that era. There were small black tribes here and there but the white settlers mostly settled on vacant land (vacant because the constant tribal conflicts keept the population low). Later on there was more conflict between tribes that reduced the originl black population drastically and new tribes moved in. So most of the black people that live in south africa rigth now are descendants of "settlers" that came in after white people settled there, how much is left of the original tribes, no idea.

Whites settled in the southern tip (Cape colonies) long before any blacks appeared in the Americas. Originally these were Dutch, joined (usurped?) later by anglos. The southern tip was not heavily populated by natives. The climate did not support/enable large groups using the hunting/gathering customs of the locals.
