Yummy pasta recipe 😋 and roux means equal quantity of flour and butter but you add two teaspoons butter and one spoon of flour it's, correct. bachamel sauce recipe is 1:1:10 or 1:1:20

Yes, that's correct. Please follow the recipe as it is. The old saying of 1:1:10 ( 1 part flour: 1 part butter : 10 part milk) never gave me sauce but a paste. Hope this clarifies.

Adding oil to pasta while cooking leads it to be very much separated from the sauce at the end...I prefer cooking pasta without oil..makes a good difference in the end product especially for tomato based sauses
