In this video we make a classic but oh so delicious combination. Cod with white wine sauce. We adjust the ingredients a bit, this is not so much the classic way, but it is one to die for.
We also work here with the seasonal fish "Skrei" or winter cod. This wonder of nature is seasonal and definitely worth trying! Want to know more about the "Skrei?"

INGREDIENTS:
1 kg Skrei tenderloin (cod)
3 onions
2 cloves of garlic
1 bunch of carrots (root with leaves)
2 stalks of leek
1.5 kg waxy potato
3 sprigs of thyme
2 bay leaves
pepper
salty
1 tsp mustard
1 tbsp honey
1 L chicken stock
butter
frying butter
olive oil
1 glass of dry white wine
¼ lemon
25 cl cream
2 tomatoes on the vine
