It's good to see someone whitebaiting here again. A fave spot from back in the days when my dad and eldest sister so often fished. I was too young but it was the best place with beautiful clean whitebait.😊 I watch Mike the Weka man too.

Hi, thanks for your comment 😊 it's a beautiful spot for fishing 🙌 However you will be pleased to know it's a popular place still with people coming to whitebait. Though it's not a big place easily can have a couple extra people enjoying the chance to catch a Kai. I invited several people to come down and fish but most declined my offer due to being too close within 20m but I don't let that bother me 😂 haere Mai ehos lol. Can I ask are you whitebaiting that same spot?

Well, I'm very happy to report that it's not good, so find another spot 🤣🤣 just kidding 😅 I'm coming from Tauranga cause it's quiet, and pukehina has given me a decent feed every time 3rd trip. So treat Yourself 🙏 .

So this is my first season at whitebaiting, and rearly anyone shares info about how to set up, etc... so thanks for your feedback, as I just learned this on Saturday gone 🤣🤣🤣
